About Parking Fines in Australia

We now have a copy of the latest breakthrough letter from the Attorney General's Office that declares all parking fines unjust and unlawful as no local council has lawful recognition under the Constitution.

You can access a copy of that letter through the Member's Only Info section on our new Update Member's area - http://www.membersonly.aussiespeedingfines.com/  If you have any questions about the sign-up process or what else you will receive as an Update Member, please click here for further details.

Please note that we also have a lengthy testimonial from one of our founding Members on the subject of defeating unjust and unlawful parking fines and he has even gone to the trouble of sending us his actual Affidavits and Outlines of Submissions that he used on the day. On top of that, he also has a transcript of the court hearing that proves that all Infringements Courts are invalid! All of this can be found on our Updates Member's website.

Many people come to our site because they want to know about how to avoid paying unjust parking fines yet they are confronted with a whole heap of information about speeding fines.

Rest assured that there is an entire chapter in our e-book “Speeding Fines – What you REALLY need to know!” dedicated to information on how to avoid paying parking fines – Chapter 9.

In essence, our roads were created in fee simple and we cannot be charged to use them, or park on them. Chapter 9 of the e-book goes into much greater detail as to why parking tickets are illegal (including explaining why local governments have no lawful power) and EXACTLY what you need to do to avoid paying them.

So, please click here to become an Aussie Speeding Fines member and order your copy of the e-book now.

Just so you know why we dedicate so much of our site to speeding fines though:

Firstly, our site is focused on speeding fines because there are so MANY reasons why these fines are illegal we had to write an entire 85 page book on it!

Also, the current speeding fine system is based around the concept of “road safety” but the reality is that our roads are NO safer with these devices in place than they would be without them.

And finally, the government is ripping people off Australia wide to the tune of over $1 billion a year and it is now time that the public were truly informed about what was REALLY going on out there.

Many people are also not aware that if they have ever just paid a speeding fine before that they could very well not be covered by their insurance company in the event of an accident .

At the end of the day, the purpose of our website is to inform and educate drivers in this country as to what the government and insurance companies are REALLY up to and to give motorists back their power and the information that they need to stand up for their rights.

So, please have a look over the rest of our website and, even though you may have come here simply to learn how to get out of a parking ticket, become a member of our website and order a copy of the e-book now so that you are fully informed and totally prepared for ANY speeding fine or parking ticket that may come your way.

The simplest way to beat a parking fine is not to have one issued at all. We have found that a number of Members have successfully avoided having an unjust and unlawful parking fine issued in the first place by issuing a warning to all parking officers when they park their cars, by way of a sign on their dashboard. You can access a copy of that sign through the Member's Only Info section on our new Update Member's area - http://www.membersonly.aussiespeedingfines.com/  If you have any questions about the sign-up process or what else you will receive as an Update Member, please click here for further details.

For those who want to find out even more about why parking fines are unjust and unlawful, again, please go to our new Update Members area to read a very detailed letter from David, who wrote an exceptionally well researched letter to a local council in reply to a parking fine he received.
